Patagonia Steak House

been quite a few times and always been nice until about 4 weeks ago they fillet steaks were horrible and chewy, I think the steaks were rump!!! when asked how the meal was at the end I said not very good so they brought a snap drink each and told use to go on the internet and down load a voucher for a bottle of wine!!?? they were not bothered need less to say we didn't drink the snaps and left with out leaving a tip, but my tip is customer service means a lot.
