The Hog’s Head Pub & Restaurant La Marina is pleased to announce the new appointment of Ray Cullen who will take the position of Our new Head Chef as of this Saturday 10th March 2012.
Ray 56 has provided high quality traditional & international food for over 30 years in such places as La Strange Arms Hotel Norfolk as Head Chef Dorchester Hotel London as Sous Chef, London Embassy Hotel as Sous Chef.
Moving to the Costa Blanca in 2000, Ray has worked in The Atlantis Restaurant playa Flamenca as Head Chef, Simple Pleasure’s Ciudad Quesada as Sous Chef, Downtown Quesada Head Chef & La Buena Vida Italian restaurant in Hondon as Head Chef.
Ray is currently working on an exciting new menu at The Hog's Head, which will provide quality fresh homecooked food.
