Take everything to the council office, and see Juan Luis. Excellent service and very quick.

Thanks for your reply most helpful but where is the Council Office and will they do it or do they direct you elsewhere.

The council office (Ayuntamiento)is on Calle Madrid (just off the strip) Just give him your paperwork & Juan Luis does everything for you - gives you a temp. card which you can use straight away, then the plastic one arrives later. I think he works only Tues. & Fri until 1pm, but better check which days as I'm not sure.
