we deal with all types of Trafico work on a daily basis. As the law stands at the moment, If you have residencia, then you have to change your Uk licence to a Spanish one. The fines for non compliance can be horrendous. Also Spanish residency rules state: If you are resident in Spain for more than 90 days, you must apply for residencia. And afterwards your driving licence. If anyone would like up to date advice please ask.
