How much is it ? does it have all the correct paperwork etc is it freehold or rent/leasehold ?

Always enjoy calling in Montys [Jacks as it used to be] when I am over, to listen to the banter between John and the customers. Called in yesterday surprised to find John as left, and all the staff and most of the regulars. It is for sale and was told it is 40,000 the owners did not tell me this so it could just be a made up figure it will be a shame to see this go.

I believe John who worked at Montys is doing a few hours today in the Sats bar the Dog House near the council offices.

as far as I know Monty's is still open although not doing a lot and the Phoenix is behind the Bodiga opposite the supermarket. You also have the Dog House bar where John and Jo are working now and again. The dog house is next door to. the private clinic.
