Praise for Council and gardeners
It is not often that I have the pleasure of saying thank you to the Councillor(s) involved and the gardeners who have been doing the work, But I feel that just recently our Parks and Gardens seem to of been tended wonderfully and are making La Marina Urb the place to be. So thank you to everyone involved and long may it continue.
All it needs now is a repair of some of the pavement areas and roads, and I would be proud to say That I am pleased to live in such a nice area
Agree totally with Alan & Reindeer Keepers comments it's much neater and if the dog poo issue is persued by local police the place will be stick & span. Long may it continue and thanks to all the responsible pet owners
Alan I have to agree with you. In the 18 months since our last visit to La Marina such a lot of work has been done on the open spaces. A lot of ground has been really cleared out and we were only this afternoon remarking on how much cleaner and fresher the areas appears to be. A touch of weed killer along the pavements wouldn't go amiss now. Long may it continue.

It looks like the Council either read your comment or were about to clear the pavements and roadside kerbs anyway. But over the last couple of days I have notices workman hacking the greenery between kerbs and and roadsides, this has to be a god forsaken job, but if completed properly and then kept under control will make our roads look so much nicer, So once again thank you to the Council and the unsung heroes for making our Town one we can be proud of
And maybe we can hope for the police to keep an eye on dog owners who let their friends (dogs) to shit everywhere without picking it up.
I am a dog owner myself and I sometimes meet other dog-owners who doesn't care. It is so easy to pick it up and make everyone happy!
