Drunken idiot Consum Square

Did anyone in Consum Square last night approx 1am witness a drunken idiot driving around bashing into bars and hitting parked cars, I saw he had an oldish Blue car but could not see the number plate.
I do hope he was apprehended before anyone was killed or seriously injured.
