BUYING A CHEAP PROPERTY

Can anyone help me please? I have heard that there are some very cheap properties to be bought at the moment, I have looked in the estate agents windows and see some great offers but I would like to speak directly with owners and see what the real deal is. If anyone is interested in selling at the right price please let me know.
